On 7th September 2024, the Laura Foundation, in partnership with Helping Hands, successfully carried out a Pads Drive at Tigoi Primary School. This initiative, aligned with the "Help Save My Period" campaign, aimed to provide young female students with essential menstrual hygiene products to ensure they stay in school with confidence and dignity.
A Mission of Empowerment
The event was driven by the vision to support young girls by ensuring they have access to sanitary pads, allowing them to focus on their education without interruptions. The foundation collaborated with The Gladys Erude Organization and other partners to make this a reality.
